Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. My goal is to provide compassionate, personalized dental care in a comfortable environment where every patient feels welcomed, heard, and cared for. I believe that great dentistry is about more than healthy teeth—it's about building lasting relationships based on trust, honesty, and open communication.
I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where I was proud to be a member of the Gorgas Odontological Honor Society. After dental school, I completed a General Practice Residency at Miami Valley Hospital, where I received advanced training in comprehensive dental care, including treating medically complex patients, dental emergencies, oral surgery, and restorative dentistry.
After practicing in this community for many years, I was honored to become the owner of the practice I've proudly called home. It is a privilege to continue the tradition of exceptional care our patients have come to expect while embracing modern technology and evidence-based dentistry to provide the highest quality treatment.
Whether you're visiting for a routine checkup, restoring your smile, or exploring treatment options, my goal is to make every visit as comfortable and positive as possible. I enjoy educating patients about their oral health and partnering with them to create personalized treatment plans that support healthy, confident smiles for years to come.
When I'm not in the office, I enjoying being active, discovering new cuisines and restaurants, and spending quality time with my family and friends. I look forward to welcoming you to our dental family and helping you achieve a lifetime of healthy, beautiful smiles.

Hi, I am Dr. Lucy Gilbart, I have been practicing dentistry for over 25 years, building a career dedicated to exceptional patient care and meaningful connections. After selling my practice to Dr. Sana, I continue to work part-time.
I find deep fulfillment in all aspects of dentistry and consider it an honor to help patients achieve healthy, confident smiles while getting to know them as individuals.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, creating pottery (many of my pieces are displayed in the office), reading, gardening, walking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Amber Shaw

I have been working in the dental field for 19 years and have been a valued member of our team for the past 6 years. I graduated from Hagerstown Business College's Frederick campus in 2006 and have continued to expand my knowledge and skills throughout my career.
I hold certificates in Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (E.F.D.A.), X-Ray Certified Dental Assistant, Certified Orthodontic Assistant, and am CPR certified. As Lead Dental Assistant, I am dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and helping create a positive dental experience for every patient.
A Frederick, Maryland native, I was born and raised in the community that I now proudly serve. Outside of the office, I enjoy reading, making crafts, and spending quality time with my husband and 3 children . She is also a proud pet parent to two cats and a bulldog named Bailey. I fun fact about me is that I love attending concerts and have been to 68 concerts to date!
Aubrey Fox

Hi, I'm Aubrey, one of the dental hygienists at the practice. I have been passionate about dentistry for nearly 20 years, starting my career as a dental assistant before advancing my education to become a hygienist. One of the things I enjoy most about my job is my ability to build relationships with patients and helping them achieve healthy smiles. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, taking my dog for walks and anything having to do with the beach.

I have worked in dentistry for about 5 years and my favorite part is helping my patients improve their oral health and feel confident about their smiles. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and cheering on my two children at their sporting events

Hi, I'm Deanna, the receptionist at the practice. I've been working in dentistry for over 15 years and love helping patients with any insurance or billing questions they may have. My favorite part of my job is building relationships with our patients and seeing their smiles improve over time. Outside of work, I enjoy walking, hanging out by my pool and spending time with my family.

Hi Im Josie, a dental assistant who has been an essential part of the MInt & Molar dental team for the past four years. I bring fantastic energy and top-tier clinical skills to our practice, holding advanced certifications in EFDA, Orthodontics, X-ray, and CPR. I have a natural gift for putting nervous patients at ease, love making people laugh during their visits, and am committed to constantly expanding my dental knowledge to provide excellent care to our patients . Growing up with six siblings, I thrive in a busy environment. Outside of the office, I am a proud aunt to three nieces and nephews and enjoy being outdoors, listening to music, and spending time with my family.
